Supernatural Doctor Who Crossover
A solitary figure stands at a distance, quietly observing the graveyard and the two angels which stand among the headstones ready to wage their battle. His head tilts up and he closes his eyes to feel the sun warm the surface of his skin. He breathes deeply; he already knows how this encounter will end. This place will soon set the stage for the ultimate showdown; will be the backdrop to both sacrifice and strength; to victory and loss; to hatred so intense and love that knows no bounds.
A sigh escapes his lips as he leans against the door of his ship for support.
It is not within his nature to stand as a spectator on the sidelines of history as it unfolds; his life a never ending adventure where circumstances real or contrived force him to always keep on the move.
He delves a hand into his expansive pocket; his fingers searching through the contents until they wrap around the object they seek. He eases the book out of the depths of his jacket and gaze
SPN/BtVS Fanfic - Because I'm Older - Dean/Buffy
Spying on a younger sibling is perfectly commendable in the eyes of an older sibling. Just ask Buffy and Dean. Pre-series for SPN; Post-series for BtVS. One-shot.
Disclaimer: I do not own Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Supernatural. All rights remain. Written for fun, not profit.
Buffy told herself she wouldn't do it. After all, her little sister was not so little anymore. Dawn was a grown woman. She'd paid bills, helped save the world, learned to use weaponry. And this? This was nothingthis was Dawnie leaving for early admissions and orientation a couple months in advance because, as a grown woman, she could choose to do so. And Buffy had even agreed it was a good idea, called it a "mini vaca" before classes started.
So, why was it that Buffy currently found herself in Palo Alto? Because, the rules of the universe dictated that, as the eldest, it was her job to spy on her younger sibling. Those same rules also dictated that if Dawn could find trouble, she would.

Dean Winchester vs Brian Kinney
"Because if it was a shapeshifter or a skinwalker, we would have found its skin by now." Dean was quick to reply as he pulled the keys from the ignition and stepped out of the Impala. "Those damn things shed their skin every couple of hours."
"Well maybe this one likes the face its got." Sam suggested as he grabbed his case papers from the seat between them. "Or maybe we haven't come across its skin, because it just doesn't shed it." He continued as he shut the car door and followed his older brother up to the dinner, the job that had consumed the last two days still no closer to being solved.
"What kind of shapeshifter doesn't shed, Sam?" Dean asked, his low tone of voice underlining the frustration.
"A Rougarou." Sam replied, taking a quick glance around the packed diner as they made their way over to an empty booth. "Rougarous don't shed, they morph... Maybe we've just been hunting down the wrong kind of monster... Maybe it isn't a shi
